Paypal decline to process eBay item that I've purchased - after all these while the Card was working fine for the past years and hundreds of transaction has gone through without failed. And now this is my first experience dealing with this issue - after further research there are quite a number of people having the same issue "Sorry, your purchase couldn't be completed using MasterCard x-XXXX. Please add new credit or debit card."

I've checked all the information including expiry date, CVC, card number are still correct and no changes has been made. One individual solved this problem by turning off their firewall - but not mine.

So eventually I've found that the Paypal having trouble communicating with the bank and thinking that the struggle is bank issue. Anyway the problem was solved just by waiting for another day to pass and when when the payment is then made all went well without problem.
