Fixing old blocked / clogged pipe

Severely damaged angle joint that has been there for more than 30 years without service. Eventually it is completely eaten by rust and ripped it apart into pile of mud. I never expected what could live inside it but the unlikely centipedes.

50 mm joint + PVC gum + Teflon tape



Imperfect due to inexperience! The vertical pipe is higher than required as a result it pushes the horizontal pipe and making a leaking gap among the joints. This will require reworking and re-installation that will take another long days to do.







Lesson Learned: Always installed/setup the pipe with the least of space available first with the one more space the last. This will give the most flexible space when things went wrong. The pipe above was setup the other way around and the trouble is paramount require resetup everything and it's tough
