Fixing termite holes in the wood

Softwood is prone to termite attacks and when it does the wood will eventually turned into dust. Here I am just trying to fix it because those are only the pieces of wood I've got - instead than cutting it away I've use a drill to clean up the termite holes. Once it is done apply the gap filler or wood filler in it hopefully the termite won't eat the silicon wood fillers and keep the wood lasting for many years to come.
