How to leave / get out of twitter conversation

Some people on twitters notoriously tag you in their conversation to get exposure on what they are talking about. And this can be very annoying and it becomes too many. So we need to counter that by getting out using the mute conversation.

There is also an option to block the person who tag you in the conversation. Spamming for the sake of their own conversation is not cool.
