How to produce dual y-axis graph column stacked graph + line graph in Ms Excel 2007

Flexibility to maneuver and adjust series, label and add dual dimension to the graph make the excel 2007 a handy tool for data analysis. The only problem is we have to use data only in the excel itself. What if data is coming from SQL database?
