Simple step up booster from 250 mV joule thief power

Harvesting micro-power is essential today in order to survive in any condition even at the lowest level of low power supply like in the remote areas abandon from electrical power. So this circuit demonstrate the possibility to lights up LED using at the minimum of 250 mV using transistor N851. This works is inline with my research to unify micro-energy into a feasible energy usage that could provide enough electrical power for lighting purposes.
