How To Fix “Unfortunately TouchWiz has stopped” Error On Samsung Galaxy A5. This problem happened after upgrade the android system software



  1. Go to setting
  2. Personalisation>>Choose Easy Mode and apply it
  3. Still in setting go to Application Manager>>Touch scroll to the righ to find "All" tab then tap on TouchWiz easy home and Clear data then back to application manager and Tap on Touchwiz Home and Clear data
  4. Back to setting and set the personalisation Easy Mode>>Standard Mode



If this is not working

  1. Turn off the Samsung Galaxy phone
  2. Then press Power button + Home button + Volume up button at the same time and keep holding
  3. Release the button after the Samsung logo apperas
  4. Use volume down to toggle around the menu and select Wipe Cache Partition and use power button to confirm
  5. A notification that system cache wipe has been completed
  6. Finally select Reboot System Now and press power button to confirm.
  7. The galaxy phone S5 is rebooting.
