An interesting motor from Microwave oven - it's the AC Synchronous motor rated at 220-240 volts @ 4 watt. This stuff can power up an LED bulb rated 220 volt @ 3 watt brightly with just a small turns. This motor is a good idea for energy harvesting from mechanical means.
