Pulau Sapi is one of the beautiful island to visit Kota Kinabalu. It takes around 20 to 30 minutes boat ride from the Jesselton Point (Ferry Terminal) in Kota Kinablu (KK) to reach the island. Although it does not have longer beach compare to Manukan, the Sapi Island is still worthwhile to visit. The boat fees cost RM23 person and RM5 live vest.
You can rent snorkerling Goggle for RM10 at the island entrance counter. In comparison Sapi Island is not as crowded as Manukan due to the fact that it has shorter coastal line. There is public toilet provided on the Island for visitors convenience.

We were using Aparu Holiday Tours Sdn. Bhd Boat Services on the counter no.8 in Jesselton point terminal. Daily departure time from Jesselton point starting from 08:00 hours and the last boat departure is at 16:30 hours. Their services schedule every 20 minutes returning from the Sapi Island back to the Ferry Terminal as follows.

Note: If you are late 10 minutes behind you will need to take the next return boat. You may call the Operation counter hotline 30 minutes before you want to extend time on the Island or coming back earlier to the Jesselton Terminal.
