Astro decoder missing channel number and no information signal on TV

This is just for reference of what happened to Astro decoder when there is no channel number appearing despite it has been turned on and off from the power supply. Then on the TV it display no Information signal available. I thought that the decoder was faulty because it seems the decoder is not responding but after calling the Astro contractor to have a look it turns out the LNB device on the Astro dish is the one faulty. We need to pay RM65 for the service and replacement of the LNB.
