To make a good Low Noise Amplifier for RF signal - understanding the microstripline and its resistance effect to keep the signal stability is very important. This is my first step to learn about it's theory. Although not precisely very circuit has it's specific design but theoretically the microstripline providing an idea how to build the impedance to keep the selective signal required to shunt from the amplifier input and goes to the output and still maintain the same signal. Precisely in real application there are sophisticated tools like the advance frequency counter or oscilloscope to measure the intended signal for example 2600 Mhz for 4G LTE.
The width and distance between the signal trace and Vcc which is the dielectric material is also important factor to consider in getting the desired frequency signal. However i believe the measuring tools like frequency country or the oscilloscope will provide much more accurate results in the making of Microstripline in RF amplifier circuit.

Microstripline resistance / impedance need to match each other between input and output to provide consistent signal
