Ipod Video Strange Diagnostics

After a couple of months not turning on the Ipod Video, finally yesterday i did so. However the start up process was not as it used to be where usually direct to the menu selection screen. Firstly it goes to Ipod diagnostic screen and to the M25 Diagnostic 0.7. It takes quite few minutes for the process to finish. Finally then it goes to the menu selection screen. In the first place i thought this could be the last time to see my Ipod Video, but it turns out be just fine. Probably because the Ipod forgot what was in there after a couple of months un-active.
