How to remove Toshiba Satellite A60 Notebook LCD Monitor

If your Toshiba Satellite A60 Notebook LCD monitor is faulty, it is not that difficult to remove and replace the monitor with a new one. As always just practice some precaution to avoid damaging any part of the laptops especially the fragile plastic rail.

Tool Required:

2 Pieces of Flat Head Screwdriver
1 Piece of Phillips Head screwdriver

How to open take off the LCD Monitor

1. Stretch the Toshiba A60 monitor around 150 degree near flat
2. Remove the plastic rail cover using 2 pieces of flat head screwdrivers
3. Remove the keyboard
4. Remove all the screws and pull off the monitor cable connector from the motherboard


Note: Using 2 flat head screwdrivers to remove the rail is recommended because using 1 making the job little slower and difficult.
